Snow Day #5 . . . Our neighbors have a wonderful sense of humor!
Project 365 – Days 24-30 – It just doesn’t stop! January 30, 2011
It just doesn’t stop!
It snows . . .
. . . and snows . . .
. . . and snows!
We’re up to our bellies in snow . . .
Our sleds are covered in snow . . .
In fact, our little corner of New England has broken ALL snowfall records for any January of any year, since weather records were kept!
We’re bringing in the big guns for snow removal, too . . .
But. . . my favorite snow of all is the vast, virgin stretch of pure white that remain untouched by anyone or anything . . .

22″ of snow today, thanks to Winter Storm “Benedict.” A real, old-fashioned snow day!
Winter Storm “Benedict” is surely delivering . . . more than a foot of snow so far today (January 12, 2011) . . . and it’s still coming down!
Jake, our 120-lb. Bloodhound, can barely maneuver through it!

More snow on the horizon . . . with warnings for another blizzard this week!
This is beginning to feel like a good, old-fashined winter!
Day 4: “30 Days of Beauty” Photography Challenge February 19, 2010
Here’s another pretty snow pic, from the inside looking out, as we tick off the days until spring, in the “30 Days of Winter Beauty” Photography Challenge.
What’s winter looking like from YOUR window?
